DivisionsDivisions let you split your account into separate organisational units — for example different branches or business units. You choose which employees and administrators belong to each division, and can limit an administrator to only what's happening in their own division.
2 min läsningSkillsSkills are competencies you can record against your employees — for example a certification, a language, or a type of work they're trained for. Once an employee has a skill, you can see and filter by it elsewhere in BOS, such as when assigning work.
